HomeWok began as a dream of two friends growing up in different parts of Asia. Ray who is chinese-filipino and Rui who is japanese-korean combined their cuisine expertise to bring this project to life. They want to share their experience of growing up not just as mixed asians in their respective countries, but as asian americans through their rich flavored bowls.
